Who am I?

My name is Paweł (in English: Paul), I live in Poland, Europe, and I help companies drive their online businesses. Most of the time I take care of the websites and infrastructure such as Amazon EC2 instances, databases drove by RDS, virtual private clouds and so on. What I like in my work is the variety of possibilities and the ability to learn new things every day.

Why blog?

I noticed that some of the solutions we are using in our day to day job could be useful of others. I want them to be the value to the people like me, who want to get things done. On the other hand, this is also a good opportunity for me to practice my English skills. Last but not least – it is much easier for me to find something I already did on my blog than somewhere in the net. So, this blog is also my notepad for projects such as Node + express application or Python-based scripts I use on a daily basis.

I’m certain that solutions I present on my blog may not be the best possible way to get given thing done. This is not the goal. I want them to be simple and working because in most cases done is better than perfect. If you think that you have a better idea, please let me know, and I will be happy to present it here. We can all benefit from such knowledge.
